When you dream of steps or stairs, you can right away think about what can be done systematically to get to where you want to go.
Steps going down are about going into the unconscious parts or unconscious memories of your self.
Steps or stairs going up are about going up into your higher self, becoming more conscious, more aware.
When you dream of steps and it’s a good dream, you can start thinking of step-by-step actions you can take to achieve a vision you are going for.
When you dream of steps and it’s a negative dream, it means the way you are doing things is not going to get you to where you want to go.
Here are a few steps to take when you have a positive vision you are working towards.
- Hold the image of the Positive Vision in your mind. Think of it and imagine the details as much as possible.
- Notice what stands in the way of that vision happening today as you wish. What is the biggest obstacle?
- Consider your strengths, resources, skills and capacities which can help you overcome that obstacle and have determination to do something to move in the direction of your vision.
- Arise from your meditation or reflection with the determination to take that step and then do it today. What is one small step you can take in the positive direction of your desired vision and TAKE THE STEP.
When you are in a daily habit of practicing this often you will be surprised at the amazing results.
