Today is March 01, 2018 but I wrote this post back in September 2017. That’s when I first started deeply thinking about the way I wanted this year’s Fast to go.

What I know for sure is that this year’s Fast will be so much better than any that has come before it!

It’s been my experience that when I Fast my dream images are more crisp and clear than any other time of the year and I’m looking forward to sharing them on this blog.
